    Not quite, England has filed bankruptcy and the Queen has given over total control to the EU. Meaning, there’s no such thing as England anymore, as England is apart of the United Kingdom of Britannia (Britain). So it makes sense calling her British, as English implies she is of English citizenship which does not exists anymore. How can I tell? Because we use the Union Jack of Britannia, and many other symbolism which states we are not in an English state.
